Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client trust.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
